Jennings Executive Recruiting, LLC helps clients and candidates achieve their professional goals. We consult with clients to assist them with filling positions in all levels of retail loss prevention and financial services, and we also consult with candidates to help them strive for better career opportunities.
As professional search consultants, we are experts in the industry and try to match the successful qualities and accomplishments of a candidate to the best possible positions available. Through daily interaction in the marketplaces, we are able to locate, screen and recommend the best candidates to our clients. We enjoy long-term relationships with the majority of our clients and candidates because of our continual efforts to provide them with the highest possible level of service.
We are members in the industry's associations and active participants at trade shows and conferences. We understand the trend in your marketplace, and how those trends impact your unique challenges. We also support various industry charity events to benefit the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and have been an active participant in RILA-Limited Brands Charity Golf which raised $40,000 in 2007, and the NRF- Limited Brands Casino Night which raised $285,000 in 2007 and $139,000 in 2008.
As of December 1st 2006, we opened our own recruiting firm which continues to specialize in Loss Prevention and financial services after serving several years with a leading national firm.

We have over six years of successful experience in executive recruiting specializing in loss prevention and have had tremendous success placing many talented professionals in the industry. We have experience in all types of retail to include big box, specialty, grocery, restaurant, discount & department stores. We have recently expanded into financial services.
